On Monday, 30 July, 12 Cadets from BAA Training SmartLynx Airlines Cadet program visited our main office in Riga to get insight into Airline's everyday work.

Our colleagues from different departments (Flight Support, Crew Planning, Operations IT, NCC) explained their daily tasks and the interaction between their functions and Flight Crew work.

We presented also our Observation Flight system according to which our cadets will be able to take observation flights from our RIX base during their studies at BAA.

All Cadets were very enthusiastic about everything they experienced during the day and they cannot wait to join the SLX team as full-fledged First Officers.

The first group of SLX Cadets will graduate BAA Training at the end of this year/beginning 2019 and will join our Training Centre for Type Rating course after which they will be welcomed to join SLX Flight Crew team as First Officers.
