We are presenting you our first graduate from SmartLynx Airlines and BAA Training Aviation AcademyCadet program, Patrizio Pochetti.

The SmartLynx Cadet Program students at BAA are offered a position with our Flight Crew team. After undergoing EASA* ATPL* integrated training program at BAA Training and acquiring the ATPL frozen license*, successful candidates progress to being co-pilots on the Airbus A320.

At the very beginning of his training, Patrizio made a smart choice deciding to begin and grow his pilot career with SmartLynxAirlines. He was in a group of selected cadets monitored by our Recruitment Team throughout their training.

Being the first one completing ATPL training course, Patrizio successfully finished our ATO programme and is currently undergoing Company Conversion course.

Hordur Hermanson, VP Operations and Ieva Millere from HR Department welcomed Patrizio on his first day as SmartLynx Airlines First Officer. We can say with certainty that we have a valuable professional as addition to our team.
