SmartLynx Airlines confirms that today, 28 February, approximately at 17:23 the flight MYX9001, operated on Airbus A320, registration mark ES-SAN, experienced technical difficulties during landing at Tallinn Airport. There were no passengers on board as this was a training flight. 7 crew members – 2 pilots, 4 trainees and 1 inspector – have been safely evacuated from the aircraft. SmartLynx is cooperating with Tallinn airport authorities and Estonian CAA.
