GROUND HANDLING AND CARGO OPERATIONS
The team involves all aspects of managing the aircraft on the ground: ground handling, catering, fuelling, and cleaning, ensuring passengers, luggage, and cargo are safely onboard the aircraft before departure. The department coordinates operations with airports, ground handlers, authorities, government institutions, as well as with other departments to provide safe and punctual operations.
