SmartLynx to monitor its cadets training process in real time

These companies, in particular, have been given an access to the MOMook system through BAA Training Aviation Academy since the airlines in cooperation with the training centre are carrying out Cadet Programmes and the academy uses this software to manage the training process.

“Undoubtedly, having access to the software system has provided us considerable benefits. It significantly increases our engagement in the training process, as we are now able to monitor our student`s training at BAA Training, at any time. We are able to get real-time data about our cadets: a number of passed exams, the number of subjects a student is taking, students' evaluation system or the areas a cadet-pilot could improve a little. This allows us to do a follow-up and get a closer look at our future pilots so that we can ensure that their knowledge and the quality of their training meet our requirements. Thus, it comes with a great solution”, Cameron Pain, Recruitment Team Leader, SmartLynx.

The need to access the BAA Training software system came out of the necessity to enhance the direct airlines' involvement in the training process and facilitate the stage of reporting. Generally, during one group's training period, a training manager needs approximately 20-30 hours to manually fill in all the progress reports. Moreover, it should be taken into account that extra time is consumed by additional communication, correction of errors and various inaccuracies. Consequently, real-time monitoring adds even more value to the quality of training.

“It is worth highlighting that such technological solutions help to advance the training system and eliminate human error risks, as reports are not created manually, all the work is done by the system. Also, these smart technologies make the work of aviation training centres easier as it allows to improve the working process by saving a lot of valuable time”, comments Egle Vaitkeviciute, CEO of MOMook.

According to E. Vaitkeviciute, direct airlines' contribution to the training process is vital as they assist in preparing professional pilots who are able to meet all the requirements and standards set by the airlines. Real-time monitoring through the MOMook system ensures constant airline's presence on the cadets' way to the First Officer's seat in the cockpit. Also, being aware of the fact that airlines monitor the whole process motivates students to strive for better results, that is important for aviation academies as well.

MOMook is a part of Avia Solutions Group family – an international, publicly traded aviation holding company with over 20 subsidiaries worldwide:https://www.baatraining.com/momook-team-welcomes-baa-training-aviation-academy-students-to-start-using-momook/#.
